   The process we engage in is an “Administrative” process satisfying “due process of law” and “notice” as required by the Uniform Commercial Code in giving lawful notice to the creditor and also by tendering an offer of payment (in writing) in the form of a CERTIFIED PROMISORY NOTE to satisfy the demands of commercial law. We use such terms as “Banker’s Acceptance,” “Holder in due course” and “Dishonor.” This administrative process is augmented by your service of an “offer of performance” by-way-of a third-party (notarial) service, the purpose of which is for bolstering the strength of our technology and it’s usefulness to you.
