Please read these instructions if you have been having problems maintaining a connection while listening to the calls and want to learn about downloading.

You can either listen to the messages by clicking on the file and allowing it to play or you can download each message so that you can listen to them off line with the ability to fast forward the message within Windows Media Player. This is especially helpful when you are using a slow connection on the internet. In that situation it is best to download first and then listen to it after.

To make this work you need to make sure that you don't select the option to open the file into Internet Explorer. Instead, right click on the link and save the file to where you want to on your hard drive using "Save Target As...". Remember where you saved the file and what it was called! Then go to the file and open it. You will now have the ability to skip to any part of the call by sliding the time scale indicator to the place in the call you want to listen to. Also, you will not need to be connected to the internet while listening.
